About a decade ago, my co-worker Keith came up with probably the worst poem I've ever heard. Thankfully, at the time, I had him repeat it to me, slowly, line by line, so I could write it down for posterity. I forgot all about it.

Then, about two years ago, I found that scrap of paper. I brought it to a party put on by one of my co-workers. Keith was there! I had the poem as a file on my phone by that point, so I waited until Keith had consumed many beers, then I got him to read his poem (which he completely forgot about - as you can tell!) ... as I secretly recorded it. Presto! Lead vocals for the little guitar track I whipped up. :P
